My Name is Lori Carpenter and I am from Bessemer City NC. I make crochet items for Baby, Toddler and Home. I make Baby Blankets, Hats, Rainbow Rattles, Baby Washcloths, Face Scrubbies, Kitchen Dishcloths, Key Chains, Lanyards, and soon to come Afghans for the home. I started crocheting Baby Blankets for my daughter and for the new babies at church. Then I started making blankets for my grandson. This became something I wanted to do more of and I started Mimi’s Adorable Designs on Etsy. I have wanted to find a consignment shop or somewhere to take my Baby items. I began going to craft shows last year but I still wanted somewhere to take my things for people to see. Then I heard about Graceful Geese Mercantile from my Aunt about an article in Cherryville Town Talk. We both came to talk to Angie and now we both have a booth.
