I attribute my affinity for ‘high tea’ to the many British authors (from Austen to Dickens) who included this gentile practice in their classic literary works. An unexpected opportunity to take early retirement in 2023 allowed me combine three of my favorite things: antiques, crafting, and tea – thus creating Getting Pret-TEA Cozy.
Getting Pret-TEA Cozy offers a curated collection of heritage pieces including vintage teacups & dishes, lace doilies, and ladies’ handkerchiefs. In addition, colorful hand-crafted European glass beaded plant stakes are the perfect gift for any green thumb’s garden tea party. Newly added to Booth 133 are historical framed portraits and miniatures… these mini works of art add just the right touch to make your tearoom a masterpiece!
